Jewelry FAQ
Why make everything one of a kind?
One-of-a-kind pieces allow space for intuition, experimentation, and imperfection — the things that make handmade art feel alive.
Can hardware be changed?
Yes, in some cases. Most earrings are finished with hypoallergenic stainless steel findings. For those with metal sensitivities — or personal preference — plastic French hooks are available upon request.
Can you swap out the top of an earring design?
Sometimes. If a design allows for it, I’m happy to swap the top component (such as a stud or connector) before purchase. Availability depends on the specific piece, so please reach out first to confirm options.
Why are some changes limited?
Because each piece is designed as a finished work. Not all styles can be altered without affecting balance, movement, structure, or durability — and I want every piece to be something I’m proud to send out into the world.
Can you recreate a pair I loved but missed?
I’m honored when someone asks, but I don’t recreate one-of-a-kind pieces. I may explore similar colors or shapes in future designs, but no two pairs will ever be the same.
Will the earrings look exactly like the photos?
Yes — the earrings pictured are the exact pair you’ll receive. Each listing shows the one-of-a-kind piece you’re purchasing.
Are your earrings lightweight?
Yes. Polymer clay allows for bold designs that remain lightweight and comfortable for everyday wear.
What materials do you use?
Earrings are handcrafted from polymer clay and finished with stainless steel, hypoallergenic ear wires. Some designs may include wood or other mixed materials.
Do you offer returns or exchanges on one-of-a-kind items?
Because each piece is one of a kind, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Please review photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions, feel free to reach out — I’m always happy to help.
How should I care for my earrings?
Store earrings in a dry place and avoid bending or crushing. While polymer clay is durable, it should be treated with care to keep your piece looking its best.
